Please refer to GFI Partner Not For Resale (NFR) License Details for more information. NFR license keys are only reserved for partner use, and the conditions for their extension are handled differently. If the Distributor is willing to extend the license, it's advised to Find the nearest Partner, or GFI Sales can be contacted directly. If a Reseller wants to renew a license, they need to contact their Distributor.

If the end-customer doesn't have a Reseller/Distributor, it's recommended to contact GFI Sales directly. For more information, please check the License Expiration in Kerio Connect. Important: purchase your license upgrade at least two weeks before its expiration date. An automatic License update from the Kerio servers reaches the maximum interval (48 hours).

You should provide the license key number to the GFI Partner or Sales representative to request the license update. Kerio Connect Support cannot help make these changes. You require guidance on how best to make these changes to your license.Īll requests related to making changes to the Kerio Connect license, except for changing the associated OS, fall within the scope of the GFI Partner, Distributor, or GFI Sales directly. You need to extend an expiring license or modify your Kerio Connect License, such as changing the number of User Seats, merging two license keys, or having questions about your Renewal cost changes.
